Counselling looks to address issues sometimes as individuals and sometimes as couples.
It typically looks to try and solve a problem which is less traumatic than would require psychotherapy, but neverthless needs addressing in order to move on with life.
Most commonly these are relationship based problems but can also include:
– anxiety
– grief counselling
– PTSD
– repressed issues
– compulsive behaviour
– depression
– seasonal affective disorder
– coping with life after divorce
As with psychotherapy, it is recommended that we have an initial phone or zoom call to discuss your reasoning for seeking counselling. Following this an initial session can be booked to start the healing process.
